This email is based upon my experience with Michael and the team at Exhibitions Group.
I am currently the Marketing Services provider for Lightforce Australia. One of my key responsibilities is to manage all of the trade shows and exhibitions for the company. I coordinate exhibitions as far as Germany and the USA and in my experience I have never come across a leader of an organisation as well prepared as Michael.
The team he represents was impeccable in communication, problem solving and keeping the process of exhibiting easy. Not once did the team let me down or create undue pressure when it came to exhibiting. I currently coordinate over 30+ shows a year and I sincerely felt this was one of the easiest to deliver.
Key attributes were:

- Clear and concise communication, that was regular
- If I was at all late, reminders helped me refocus my deliverables
- Quick response time to problems
- Advanced notification for deadlines
- All of the services provided were enough for the needs of my staff
- Easy bump in and out
- And the list goes on
In summary, I highly recommend Michael and his team for any national management of trade shows.
